1. What the site does not collect

The site has no sign-up, login, forms of its own or comments. You browse without providing any personal data.

2. Browsing data

To understand how the site is used and how it performs, we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, from Vercel Inc., the company hosting the site. They record pages visited, approximate country, device type, browser and speed metrics. They do not use cookies, do not build advertising profiles and cannot identify you: the visitor identifier is discarded daily.

Vercel also keeps technical access logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) for a short period, for security and to keep the site running.

3. Preferences stored in your browser

The site stores three preferences in your own browser, and only there: the chosen language (NEXT_LOCALE cookie, valid for one year), calm mode (animations paused) and the fact that the animations notice has already been shown. None of this is sent to Mirys, and you can erase it all by clearing your browser data.

4. Custom ASMR orders

Orders are placed through a Google Forms form. The data you enter there (such as name, e-mail, social profiles and video preferences) is received by Mirys through Google and used only to produce and deliver the video and to talk to you about the order. It is kept for as long as needed for that and for legal obligations, and can be deleted at your request. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

5. Live status

To show whether Mirys is live, the site queries Twitch from its own server. None of your data is sent to Twitch in that query.

6. Sharing

Mirys does not sell or hand over your data. It is shared only with the providers needed for the site to work (Vercel, for hosting and metrics; Google, for the order form) and when required by law.

7. External links

When you leave the site through a link (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Kick, X, LivePix, PayPal via Streamlabs), each service's own privacy policy applies.

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time for: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization or deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Just write to the e-mail at the end of this page. We reply as quickly as we can.

9. Security

The site uses HTTPS, security headers and a strict content policy, and processes as little data as possible.

10. Children and teenagers

The site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are responsible for a child and believe they sent us data, contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published here, with the date at the end.
