1. What the site offers

The site is informational: it introduces Mirys, explains what ASMR is, shows videos and the official profiles (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Kick and X) and points to how to order a personalized video. There is no sign-up, user account, restricted area or purchase made inside the site.

2. Custom ASMR (personalized videos)

A Custom ASMR order is placed through an external form (Google Forms), opened by the "Order" buttons. Order details, prices, deadlines, payment method and delivery are arranged directly with Mirys through the channels stated in the form.

The delivered video is for personal use. Reselling, redistributing, publishing or using the content commercially without Mirys' written permission is not allowed.

Mirys may decline orders involving illegal, sexual or offensive content, content that infringes third-party rights or that falls outside the scope of her work. In those cases, any amounts already paid are refunded as agreed.

3. Intellectual property

The Mirys brand, logo, texts, photos, illustrations and the videos shown or delivered are protected by copyright and belong to Mirys or to whoever licensed them. Using this material without permission is prohibited.

4. Third-party links and services

The channels and services linked from this site (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Kick, X, Google Forms, LivePix and PayPal via Streamlabs) belong to third parties and have their own terms and policies. Mirys neither controls nor is responsible for them.

5. Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, without trying to interfere with how it works, scraping its content automatically or overloading the services that keep it online.

6. ASMR, well-being and health

ASMR is entertainment and relaxation. Although Mirys is a psychologist, the content of the site and of the videos is not psychological care, diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace follow-up with a health professional.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. Mirys does her best to keep it online and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or of third-party services.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date at the end.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Maceió, Alagoas, Brazil, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
